Mezcal is a world famous beverage because it have some particular characteristics: scent, original flavor and quality.

Only liquids coming from estates or regions (Durango, Guerrero, Oaxaca, San Luis Potosí y Zacatecas) with especific climate characteristics and propitious earth conditions for the Agave production, can show on the bottling the name Mezcal.

Mezcal can be young, rested or ancient. If it is young the liquid has a light color and at first sight looks different between rested and ancient because this last shows a yellow color depending of the settled time.

Other kind of Mezcal have different names as: 100% agave (that means that the liquid is totaly pure; only mixed with its proper sugars), Minero (Miner), de Pechuga (Bosom), de Gusano (of Worm), de Alacrán (of Scorpion) or one of the most precious, Tobala (an specific silvester young Agave, very strange and not easy to plant).
