At the end of the seventies, after a long search, Harish Johari, tantric master of India, and the Architect Agustin Salvat, owner of the hotel, they found the site where the hotel is located today Blue Lotus. The challenge was to find a place where I could stand a magnetic ashram.

The building of the Hotel took place over many years. The approach was inspired by respect for the natural environment of the terrain and vegetation was enriched with fruit trees and ornamental, which in some cases were part of the huts. Were used only natural materials like wood, mud and stone. At the foundation is embedded quartz crystals strategically to increase the attraction of the polar magnetic energy.

There were rules to follow in construction: the toilets were directed to the north cardinal wasideg point, the beds were directed to the south to take advantage of the natural flow of the planet. The consultation of the I-Ching and its application in Feng-Shui determined the pace of the structures of chromatic Hotel. Also, cotton, wool and other natural materials were integrated into the decor.
