They can participate children, adults and handicapped people. Due to this great work was unveiled this commemorating plaque in the 25th anniversary of the contest in March 1999.
Previously known as the fountain of Minerva. This sculpture is one of the most significant icons of Acapulco. Situated within the Costera Miguel Aleman in a central point of the road where converge the entrance to the Coast, the road to Traditional Area, the way to the Golden Zone and the limit with the Federal Maritime Zone. It is surrounded by numerous shopping malls, hotels and close to the known Condesa Beach.
